Our Story
1969 – Warren Huffman Roofing was started by Warren Huffman in Marquand, MO.
1996 – Warren Huffman Roofing moves from its original location in Marquand, MO to 1053 East Karsch Blvd in Farmington, MO.
2000 – Greg and Missy Huffman acquire Warren Huffman Roofing and Incorporate to Huffman Roofing, Inc.
2005 – Shawn and Jamie Meinershagen open Sheet Metal Systems, LLC in Park Hills, MO.
2015 – Sheet Metal Systems, LLC moves from its original location in Park Hills, MO to a new location at 1501 New Perrine Rd. Farmington, MO 63640.
2018 – Sheet Metal Systems acquires all assets, equipment, employees, and naming rights to Huffman Roofing, Inc. Both companies are operated independently for the next 2 years.
2020 – On January 1, 2020, both Sheet Metal Systems and Huffman Roofing Systems are combined to form Meinershagen Roofing and Sheet Metal, LLC. This company is poised for a future of greatness by drawing upon generations of experience in the roofing and sheet metal industry.
